Founder Alex Sokolsky spent two decades climbing the hospitality ladder, from server to Director of Operations for an international airport-lounge company. After years of mastering the art of guest experience around the world, Alex launched Noble Spirits as the perfect capstone: a mobile bartending company built to share that expertise with every celebration.

Our Team

Noble Spirits is a collective of ServeSafe-certified bartenders with diverse styles and personalities. Guests can even request a favorite bartender for their event. Our crew includes national bartending competitors, flair experts, and entertainers with unique talents—some of us even have fire-breathing and hibachi showmanship up our sleeves. Alex personally holds a WSET certification and a Mixologist credential from Johnson & Wales, ensuring the craft in every pour.
